6000 E+C- social housing units: Launch of Call for Proposals

Operational approval has been issued and the bill of specifications has been published

An operational agreement has been signed for the implementation of subsidised operations as part of the E+C- trial scheme: a sum of €20 million has been made available to support the construction of 6000 E+C- housing units.
The approval agreement specifies the procedure to be used for the Call for Proposals for E+C- 2017, and details the roles and responsibilities of the parties involved.

First E+C- certification labels awarded

The first “E+C-” certification labels, awarded by Minister of Housing and Sustainable Habitat Emmanuelle Cosse, mark the beginning of a new stage in the mobilisation of industry operators for the collective preparation of future environmental legislation for the construction sector. By signing up to the commitment agreement, the HLM (social housing) movement, the Caisse des Dépôts and the Entreprises générales de France BTP (EGF-BTP) have signalled their active support for the E+C- trial scheme.
